On Sunday, September 13, we will be gathering for a special School Year Dedication at Elim.
And yes… we’re going to have 50 FEET OF ICE CREAM!
We’ll also have a hotdog BBQ, so come hungry!
But the food is really just the fun part of what we’re doing. The heart of this event is to dedicate the upcoming school year to the Lord and pray for the people who will be part of it.
We will specifically be praying for:
- Students — that they would grow in wisdom, character, courage, and faith.
- Parents — for wisdom, patience, strength, and opportunities to encourage their children.
- Teachers — that God would give them strength and wisdom as they invest in students.
- Administrators & School Leaders — for wisdom as they lead and make difficult decisions.
- The School Year — that God would use this year for good, protect our students and schools, and give us opportunities to be witnesses for Christ.

Students, we want you to think about the people God has placed around you at school.

What a great opportunity to bless the people around us and let them know that we care about them and are praying for them.
