Today’s story is about Israel in the promised land and the judges.

Memory verse: 2 Peter 3:9:

“The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.”

Tonight’s Theme: Uniform Night. Wear your uniform to school and to Awana and get extra TruthShares!

Awana is a program for boys and girls in preschool-6th grade which meets at Elim September-May. The goal of Awana is to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve God. Our weekly meetings include games, Bible memory, lessons, and more. As the kids will tell you, it’s FUN!

Awana is split into two groups:

  • Cubbies is a two-year program designed for preschoolers (4&5 years old).
  • TruthSeekers is divided into two age groups, kindergarten – 2nd grade and 3rd – 6th grade.
