Monday evenings

  • Jason and Hannah Comerford meet weekly for a book study at 6:00 p.m. at Elim. Give them a call for more details.
  • Larry & Darlene Short meet every other week at 7 p.m. for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. We meet every other Monday night, typically once a month at Elim followed by two Zoom meetings. They are currently studying the book of Acts. Give them a call if you are interested in participating.
  • Larry Short leads a training group for leaders meeting every other Monday night at 7 p.m. on Zoom. Participants take turns sharing devotionals. Call Larry if you are interested in participating in this group for coaching on becoming a great group leader.

Tuesday evenings

Wednesday evenings

  • Cameron and Jenn Severns are focusing on meeting individually with group members in their homes, every other week. They are open to new members who would enjoy this “small group interaction” and feel. This group is child-friendly. Give them a call for more information.

Thursday evenings

  • We need a Thursday evening group! Reach out to Larry Short if you would like to start one. Training and support will be provided.

Friday evenings

  • Beth and Josh White meet every other Friday evening online at 6:00 p.m. and are currently studying Proverbs. Give them a call for details.

Bible Studies and Small Groups for Women.

Women of Elim Connection Groups:
Connection Groups are small groups of women (no more than five) that meet on a regular basis to share scripture, pray for one another and encourage one another as they share life. Connection Groups typically meet for about one hour. Fill out this quick survey to get involved with a women’s connection group.

  • Thursday Morning
    “Better” , by Jen Wilkin
    Led by Becca Passic
    This is a verse-by-verse study of the Book of Hebrews. Jen Wilkin explores how God “provided something better for us” in the person of Jesus Christ (Heb. 11:40). Through stories of Old Testament heroes and practices, the author of Hebrews demonstrates how the new covenant is superior to the old and how Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of every promise. Explore familiar verses in context of the entire Bible, learning how to place your hope and faith in Christ alone.

  • Tom Chase leads a Bible study meeting every other Saturday morning. Reach out to him for details.
  • Jeff Foerster leads a men’s small group that meets from 8-10 a.m. Saturdays. The group follows the prior week’s sermon, focusing on application. Reach out to Jeff if you are interested in participating.
